My Anger Iceberg

You may know or not that anger is one of the six “basic emotions” along with disgust, fear, happiness, sadness, surprise.
Even though we focus a lot on gratitude and to be grateful we also know the frustration of feeling really angry. Everyone feels anger at one point, and it is completely valid as its own emotion. Feeling angry is a valid emotion that however it also indicates that you and I may have underlying hurt, unmet needs and fear These underlying aspects may cause a person to feel vulnerable or feel that they may not have the skills to manage these aspects effectively. In my program Tapping for Gratitude, I will support you to become aware of these deeper layers of anger, it can be incredibly powerful.
It can offer direct opportunities to deal with the underlying causes of anger and lead to healing conversations that allow people to understand each other better.
Of course, we going to clear out all anger, fear, unmet needs and bask in tapping for gratitude

This coaching tool in our program is great to use the time you want to express how you feel or you don't understand why you're feeling anger. When you know the hurt, needs, and fears behind your anger, it becomes easier to find a solution. Also, try to remember that everyone has their own icebergs. It can be helpful trying to imagine what might be hiding beneath the surface when another person seems angry. Then, you can respond to the hurt, needs and fears of the other person rather than focusing on their anger alone.

Tapping for Gratitude will make all the diffrence!
